Foreword
Chapter 4 of this standard is mandatory, the rest are recommended.
This standard is consistent with the level of Japan's "food additives officially" (eighth edition) technical specifications not equivalent.
This standard replaces GB 4578-1984 "food additive sodium saccharin."
This technical change compared with the main standard GB 4578-1984 as follows.
--- removed the heavy metal salts and indicators;
--- lead index increases, the acidity and alkalinity tests and test benzoate and salicylate.
This standard is proposed and managed by the National Standardization Technical Committee on Food Additives.
This standard is mainly drafted by. Pingdingshan Coal Mining Group Kaifeng Xinghua Fine Chemical Plant, Chinese Academy of Food and Fermentation Industry.
The main drafters of this standard. Qi Feng Nan, Li Huiyi, amalgamation and more firewood Qiuer, Hou Xinli.
This standard supersedes the previous editions are.
