GB 4407 "Seed crops" is divided into two parts.
--- Part 1. fiber;
--- Part 2. Oil class.
This section GB Section 14407, based on "People's Republic of China Seed Law" and the relevant provisions of the new development of the seed industry
GB 4407.1-1996 "cash crop seed fiber," the amendment and instead of GB 4407.1-1996.
Compared with GB 4407.1-1996 part of the main changes are as follows.

1 Scope
This Part applies to the production of People's Republic of China, said fiber seed sales.

3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this part of GB 4407's.
3.1
Breeder seed multiplication with the first generation to the third generation, seeds and confirmed to meet the specified quality requirements.
3.2
By conventional breeding stock first generation to the third generation or hybrid seeds, seeds and confirmed to meet the specified quality requirements.
3.3
Or seed cotton ginning stripping cashmere, attached to the surface of the short fiber cottonseed.

After de-linter.

A shape similar to the original seed units may contain insecticides, fungicides, dyes, or other additives seed.
4 quality requirements
4.1 General
Seed quality requirements by the quality indicators and quality stated values. The quality indexes include purity, clarity, germination rate and moisture; quality standards
