Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces GB/T 3783-2008 "Basic Requirements for Marine Low-Voltage Electrical Appliances". This standard is mainly compared with GB/T 3783-2008.
The technical changes are as follows.
--- Increased the requirements for materials containing asbestos for marine low-voltage electrical appliances (see 7.1.1.1);
---Modified some parameters of vibration performance (see 7.1.13.2);
--- Modified some parameters of dielectric properties (see 7.2.4);
---The level of mildew is changed from secondary to 2b (see 7.1.1.4);
--- Revised the requirements for ambient air temperature in the temperature rise test (see 7.2.3);
--- Increased the method of connecting and disconnecting the wire without the threaded clamping part and the electrical property test and aging test method (see 7.1.7.1);
--- Increased the polar impedance requirements and test methods (see 5.3.2);
--- Increased the use category of the marine two position switch (see 6.3.2);
--- Supplemented some test methods and qualified judgments of the flame retardant test (see 8.4.5);
--- Increased the content of harmonic conditions (see 6.1.3);
---Modified some of the parameter values of the power supply condition (see 6.1.2);
--- Modified some of the required values for electromagnetic compatibility (see 7.2.10).
