Foreword
This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents"
Drafting.
This document replaces GB/T 3778-2011 "Carbon Black for Rubber". Compared with GB/T 3778-2011, except for structural adjustments and editorial changes
In addition, the main technical changes are as follows.
a) Changed the scope of application (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the.2011 edition);
b) The element "Terms and Definitions" has been added (see Chapter 3);
c) Deleted the "series classification" (see 3.2 in the.2011 edition);
d) The characteristic index of iodine absorption value of some varieties has been changed (see Table 2, Table 2 of the.2011 edition);
e) The external surface area characteristic index "106~120" of N120 is changed to "113~127" (see Table 2,.2011 edition of Table 2);
f) The oil absorption characteristic index "43" of N990 is changed to "38" (see Table 2, Table 2 of the.2011 edition);
g) The characteristic indexes of three varieties of "N750, granular spray carbon black, and oil-rich natural gas semi-reinforcing carbon black" have been added (see Table 2);
h) The note in Table 2 has been changed, and relevant information about the iodine absorption value test method has been added (see Table 2, Table 2 in the.2011 edition);
i) Added "Quality Judgment for 300% Constant Tensile Stress" (see 5.4);
j) Changed the pH value of spray carbon black from "8.0~10.0" to "7.0~10.0" [see 5.8d), 4.5 in the.2011 edition];
k) Deleted the specific provisions of the "300% constant tensile stress" test method (see 5.2 in the.2011 edition), and only retained the test method (see
6.11);
l) Added "reference carbon black IRC5
