Foreword

This standard replaces GB 2733-2005 "fresh, frozen aquatic animal health standards." Compared with this standard GB 2733-2005, the main changes are as follows. --- standard name was changed to "national food safety standards for fresh and frozen aquatic animal"; --- modify the range; --- modify the sensory requirements; --- modify the physical and chemical indicators; --- increased shellfish toxin limit; --- modify the pesticide residues; --- increased veterinary drug residue limits. 1 Scope

This standard applies to fresh, frozen aquatic animal, including sea products and fresh products.

2 Technical Requirements

2.1 Sensory requirements Sensory requirements shall comply with the requirements in Table 1. 3 Other
