Foreword
This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part 1.Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents"
Drafting.
This document replaces GB 26920.1-2011 "Energy efficiency limit values and energy efficiency grades for commercial refrigeration appliances Part 1.Remote condensing units"
Refrigerated display cabinets”, GB 26920.2-2015 “Energy efficiency limit values and energy efficiency grades for commercial refrigerating appliances Part 2.Self-contained condensing units for commercial use”
Freezers" and GB 26920.3-2019 "Energy efficiency limit values and energy efficiency grades for commercial refrigerating appliances Part 3.Refrigerated vending machines",
Compared with GB 26920.1-2011, GB 26920.2-2015 and GB 26920.3-2019, in addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical
The technical changes are as follows.
a) The scope of application has been changed to include commercial ice makers, soft ice cream machines, mechanical refrigeration/heating containers, and road
Transport refrigerated cars with mechanical refrigeration/heating, railway mechanical refrigerated cars and mechanically refrigerated mobile cold storage (see Chapter 1,
Chapter 1 of GB 26920.1-2011, Chapter 1 of GB 26920.2-2015, Chapter 1 of GB 26920.3-2019);
b) The definition and requirements of “energy saving evaluation value” have been deleted (see 5.2 of GB 26920.1-2011 and 4.6 of GB 26920.2-2015);
c) Changed the energy efficiency limit values and energy efficiency grade indicators of products (see Chapter 4, Chapter 4 of GB 26920.1-2011,
Chapter 4 of GB 26920.2-2015, Chapter 4 of GB 26920.3-2019);
d) Changed the light transmittance requirements in the TDA calculation for commercial refrigerators (see 4.1.1.2 and 5.2.1.5, GB 26920.1-2011
Chapter 4, Chapter 4 of GB 26920.2-2015);
e) Added requirements for commercial refrigerator test packages (see Appendix A);
f) Added energy efficiency requirements for commercial ice machines, soft ice cream machines, mechanical refrigeration/heating containers, refrigerated trucks and mobile cold storage
(See Chapter 4, Chapter 5 and Appendix C).

Minimum energy efficiency values and energy efficiency grades for commercial refrigeration appliances
1 Scope
This document specifies the technical requirements and test methods for energy efficiency of commercial refrigeration appliances.
This document applies to the following refrigeration equipment types.
a) Commercial refrigerators, including. remote refrigerated display cabinets for selling and displaying food; self-contained refrigerated display cabinets for selling and displaying food;
Closed ice cream freezers for use in shops, hotels and restaurants; ice cream bowling cabinets and portable beverage refrigeration
Display cabinets; refrigerated storage cabinets (commercial refrigerators with solid doors, such as kitchen refrigerators, refrigerated workbenches, etc.); self-contained refrigerated display cabinets for non-retail use
Column cabinet;
b) vending machines with self-contained mechanical refrigeration and packaged beverages;
c) Commercial ice making machine (10kg≤daily ice production≤2000kg);
d) Soft ice cream machine;
e) Series 1 and Series 2 built-in mechanical refrigeration/heating containers (see GB/T 5338.2-2023, JT/T 1172.2);
f) Refrigerated compartments with mechanical refrigeration/heating for road transport (see GB 29753-2023);
g) Railway mechanical refrigerated carriages (see TB/T 3562-2020);
h) Mechanical refrigeration mobile cold storage.
This document does not apply to the following equipment types.
a) Refrigeration equipment other than vapor compression refrigeration cycle;
b) Normal temperature vending machines without refrigeration function and vending machines for non-packaged beverages;
c) Refrigerated containers, refrigerators, freezers and thermostatic containers for aviation;
d) Refrigeration equipment using phase change energy storage devices;
e) Commercial refrigeration appliances powered by non-electric energy (except refrigerated containers, refrigerated vehicles and mobile cold storage);
f) Refrigeration equipment for food processing other than applicable appliances;
g) Refrigeration equipment and thermostats for medical or laboratory use;
h) Rapid cooling cabinets and rapid freezing cabinets (see SB/T 11048);
i) Refrigeration equipment for the sale and display of live food, such as refrigeration equipment for the sale and display of live fish and shellfish, refrigerated aquariums
boxes and tanks;
j) Wine storage cabinets (see GB 12021.2);
k) salad bars and buffet refrigerators;
l) Corner cabinet.
Note 1.Salad cabinets and buffet refrigerators are commercial refrigeration appliances with direct sales function, with vertical doors or drawers on the front, openings on the top, and some
Dry food tray for easy access to toppings, different salad ingredients or other foods that need to be kept refrigerated.
Note 2.Corner cabinet is a kind of commercial refrigerator with sales function. It is used for connecting two refrigerators arranged in a straight line in different directions at the corner (30° to 90°).
The connection between the two cabinets (the angle between the cabinets) is also called a corner cabinet.
