This part is the second part of GB/T 19967.
This part is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This part replaces GB/T 19967.2-2010 "Information technology universal multi-bit coded character set (basic multi-language plane) Chinese characters
24 dot matrix type part 2. black body. Compared with GB/T 19967.2-2010, the main technical changes except editorial changes are as follows.
--- Corrected the individual Chinese character font errors of the original file;
--- Added 24 dot matrix blackface font of 72 Chinese characters in the basic multi-language plane 0x9FA6~0x9FED code segment;
--- Added 24 dot matrix blackface fonts for Chinese characters in 196 "General Specification Chinese Character Tables" outside the basic multi-language plane.

This part of GB/T 19967 specifies the CJK unified Chinese characters in the basic multi-language plane of GB/T 13000 and its expansion set A and
GB 18030 Chinese character forced part of the 24 dot matrix black font.
This part also stipulates the 24 dot matrix of Chinese characters in 196 "General Specification Chinese Character Tables" other than the basic multi-language plane of GB/T 13000.
