This standard is based on the State Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine promulgated the "Provisions on the Protection of Geographical Indication Products" and GB 17924-1999 "Origin

This standard replaces and repealing GB 19328-2003 "geographical origin of products hole in the wine cellar."
This standard compared with GB 19328-2003 main modifications are as follows.
--- According to the State Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine promulgated the "Provisions on the Protection of Geographical Indication Products", modify the name;
--- Made mandatory to recommended;
--- Modify some sensory index value claims partial representation and physical and chemical indicators, to make it more realistic product and production.
