Appendix A
(Normative)
Headlight beam irradiation position test method
A. Screen Method 1. Check on the screen
Check with the site should be flat, and the site should be perpendicular to the screen. Be tested in tractor tire pressure normal, take a driver's condition
Carried out. The tractor parked in front of the screen is placed, and perpendicular to the screen, so that the headlamp reference center from the screen 10m, before determining shines on the screen
Lamp reference center distance H from the ground high horizontal reference line to the tractor and the longitudinal center plane on the screen as a reference to determine the projection line
The left and right headlamp reference center line of position. Were measured left, right, far and near horizontal and vertical beam irradiation position offset value.
A. 2 headlamp detector test
It will be examined by a predetermined distance and tractor headlight tester positive (straighten means should be used), from headlight tester's display
Were measured on the left, right, far and near horizontal and vertical beam irradiation position offset value.
