This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1:1-2009:
This standard replaces GB 17380-1998 "Regulations on Marking of Buildings (Structures) in Water in China Sea Areas": Compared with GB 17380-1998, except for
The main technical changes outside of the editorial modification are as follows:
---Modified the definition of "buildings (structures) in the sea area" (see 3:1, 3:1 in:1998 edition);
--- Deleted the term and definition of "effective light intensity of rhythm light" (see 3:2 in:1998 edition);
---Added the terms and definitions of "important facilities on the periphery of offshore wind farms" and "intermediate facilities on the periphery of offshore wind farms" (see 3:2 and 3:3);
