This section is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This section replaces GB/T 16915.4-2003 "Switches for household and similar fixed electrical installations. Part 2. Special requirements
Section 3. Delay Switch. Compared with GB/T 16915.4-2003, the main technical changes are as follows.

1 Scope
This chapter of GB/T 16915.1-2014 is applicable with the following modifications.

This part of GB/T 16915 specifies the technical requirements for the classification, marking, mechanical performance, and electrical performance of time-delay switches.
This section applies to rated voltage not exceeding 440V and rated current not exceeding 63A. It is used for domestic and similar purposes for indoor or outdoor use.
