In order to carry out the Law of the People's Republic of China on Prevention and Control of Environmental Pollution by Solid Wastes and Radioactive Contamination Prevention and Control Law of the People's Republic of China

1 scope of application
This standard specifies the import of waste paper or cardboard (hereinafter referred to as imported waste paper) environmental control requirements.
This standard applies to the following waste paper import management.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.
3.1 Inclusions Carried-waste

4.2 imported waste paper is not mixed with abandoned bombs, shells and other explosive weapons ammunition.
4.3 Imported waste paper should be strictly limited inclusion of the following inclusions, the total weight should not exceed 0.01% by weight of imported waste paper.
a) waste paper that is incinerated or partially incinerated, waste paper that is contaminated with extinguishing agents;
b) airtight container;
c) Wastes from the National List of Hazardous Wastes;
d) According to GB 5085.1 ~ GB 5085.6 identification criteria for identification, where a corrosive, toxic, flammable, reactivity, etc.

4.4 In addition to the wastes listed in the preceding articles, other imported wastepaper (including wood waste, scrap metal, waste glass, waste plastics,
Waste rubber, waste textiles, waste sorbents, aluminum-plastic composite packaging, thermal paper, asphalt moisture-proof paper, paper stickers,
Baptist wax paper, oil impregnated paper, silicone paper, carbon paper and other waste) mixed, the total weight should not exceed 0.5% by weight of imported waste paper.
