Foreword
In order to carry out the Law of the People's Republic of China on Prevention and Control of Environmental Pollution by Solid Wastes and Radioactive Contamination Prevention and Control Law of the People's Republic of China
Laws and regulations to control the import of wood as used as raw materials, wood waste caused by environmental pollution, the development of this standard.
This standard specifies the environmental protection of imported wood waste control requirements.
This standard is one of the series of control standards for imported solid waste environmental protection, applicable to the import of solid waste can be used as raw materials in the directory
Imported wood waste management.
This standard was first released in.1996, the first revision in.2005, this is the second revision.

1 scope of application
This standard specifies the environmental protection control requirements for imported wood and wood products waste (hereinafter referred to as wood waste).
This standard applies to the following wood waste import management.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.
3.1 Inclusions Carried-waste
Other substances mixed with imported wood waste during production, collection, packaging and transportation (excluding packaging of imported wood waste and

4.3 wood waste should be strictly limited the inclusion of the following inclusions, the total weight should not exceed 0.01% by weight of imported wood waste.
a) airtight container;
b) Wastes from the National List of Hazardous Wastes;
c) According to GB 5085.1 ~ GB 5085.6 identification criteria for identification, where a corrosive, toxic, flammable, reactivity, etc.

4.4 In addition to the wastes listed in the preceding articles, other inclusions (including scrap metal, waste paper, plastic waste, waste glass, scrap rubber
