Foreword
In order to carry out the Law of the People's Republic of China on Prevention and Control of Environmental Pollution by Solid Wastes and Radioactive Contamination Prevention and Control Law of the People's Republic of China
Laws and regulations to control the import of raw materials for the metallurgical slag pollution caused by environmental pollution, the development of this standard.
This standard specifies the import of slag control of environmental protection requirements.
This standard is one of the series of control standards for imported solid waste environmental protection, applicable to the import of solid waste can be used as raw materials in the directory
Guan Ye smelting slag import management.
This standard was first released in.1996, the first revision in.2005, this is the second revision.
The main content of this revision.
- Increasing the requirement for external radiation penetration of imported smelting slag;
- Adjusted hazardous waste control requirements;
- tightened control requirements for general inclusions;
- revised inspection requirements.
From the date of implementation of this standard, "Imported as a raw material for the control of solid waste environmental protection standards - slag" (GB
16487.2-2005) Repealed.
This standard was revised by the Ministry of Environmental Protection Soil and Environmental Management Division, Science and Technology Standards Division.
This standard is mainly drafted by. China Academy of Environmental Sciences.
This standard MEP approved on December 29,.2017.
This standard since March 1,.2018 implementation.
This standard is interpreted by the MEP.
Import can be used as raw material for solid waste environmental protection control standards
- Smelting slag
1 scope of application
This standard specifies the import of slag control of environmental protection requirements.
This standard applies to the following import of slag smelting management.
Customs Product Code Solid Waste Name
2618001001 Granular slag produced mainly from smelting of steel containing more than 25% manganese (including slag sand)
2619000010 Rolling produces scale
2619000030 Slag steel produced from smelting steel containing more than 80% iron
2 Normative references
This standard references the following documents in the terms. For undated references, the effective version applies to this standard.

0.25μGy/h;
c) Surface α, β radioactive contamination levels of smelter slag are. average of the maximum detection level of 300 cm2 at any part of the surface α not
More than 0.04 Bq/cm2, β not more than 0.4 Bq/cm2;
d) smelting slag radionuclide specific activity should be lower than the limits of Table 1.
