1 scope of application
This standard specifies the environmental protection control requirements for imported ships for dismantling and other floating structures (hereinafter referred to as scrap ships).

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.
3.1 Inclusion (portability) Carried-waste

4.1 Radioactive pollution control of imported waste ships should meet the following requirements.
a) No radioactive waste is mixed with the used vessel
b) The penetration rate of external radiation through the imported waste ships does not exceed the normal natural radiation background of the port where the port of entry is located

c) The level of radioactive contamination of the surface α, β of a scrap ship is. Maximum detection level of 300 cm2 at any part of the surface

d) The specific activity of radionuclides in used ships should be less than the limits in Table 1.

4.2 Abandoned bombs, shells and other explosive ordnance ammunition are not mixed in the abolished ships.
4.3 Imported waste ships do not contain unwashed waste oil tankers.
4.4 Vessels should strictly limit the inclusion of the following inclusions (portraits), the total weight should not exceed the import tonnage of light-tonnage

a) asbestos waste or asbestos-containing waste (other than asbestos insulation and insulation of the ship itself);
b) Residues of oil and sludge in the cargo space of a spent ship;

4.5 The asbestos content of insulating and insulating materials used as the ship itself in abolished ships should not exceed 0.08% of its light tonnage.
