This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1:1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents"
Drafting:
This document replaces GB/T 15341-2012 "Talc": Compared with GB/T 15341-2012, except for structural adjustments and editorial changes
In addition, the main technical changes are as follows:
a) Added the terms and definitions of “talc for pharmaceutical use” and “talc for food use” (see Chapter 3);
b) Changes in classification and labeling (see Chapter 4, Chapter 4 of the:2012 edition);
c) Added the requirement of “block size (particle size)” (see 5:1:3);
d) Changed the physical and chemical property requirements for talc blocks for cosmetics (see 5:2:1,:2012 version of 5:2:1);
e) Changed the physical and chemical property requirements for industrial raw material talc (see 5:2:2,:2012 version of 5:2:2);
f) Added physical and chemical property requirements for pharmaceutical talc blocks (see 5:2:3);
g) Added physical and chemical property requirements for talc blocks for food use (see 5:2:4);
h) Added test methods for lead (Pb) and arsenic (As) (see 6:5 and 6:6);
i) Type inspection conditions have been changed (see 7:1:2,:2012 version of 7:1:2);
j) Changed the “inspection classification and inspection items” (see Table 5, Table 3 of the:2012 version);
