Foreword
All technical content in this section is mandatory.
GB 15322 "combustible gas detector" is divided into the following parts.
--- Part 1. Point-type combustible gas detectors for industrial and commercial use;
--- Part 2. Household flammable gas detectors;
--- Part 3. Portable combustible gas detectors for industrial and commercial use;
--- Part 4. Linear and flammable gas detectors for industrial and commercial use.
This part is the second part of GB 15322.
This part is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This part replaces GB 15322.2-2003 "Combustible gas detectors Part 2. Freestanding range of 0~100% LEL
Combustible gas detectors and GB 15322.5-2003 "Combustible gas detectors - Part 5. s.
detector". Compared with GB 15322.2-2003 and GB 15322.5-2003, the main technical changes in this section are as follows.
--- Combine the contents of GB 15322.2-2003 and GB 15322.5-2003 into one part;
--- Increased the functional requirements of the detector (see 3.3.1);
--- Revised the requirements for detector alarm action values under various test conditions (see Chapter 3, GB 15322.2-2003 and
Chapter 5 of GB 15322.5-2003);
--- Added alarm test and explosion-proof performance test during preheating (see 3.3.7, 3.3.8);
--- Increased surge (impact) immunity test and radio frequency field induced conducted disturbance immunity test in the electromagnetic compatibility test project (see
3.3.13);
--- Increased anti-poisoning performance test and low-concentration running test (see 3.3.17, 3.3.18);
--- Increased carbon monoxide low-concentration response performance test for detectors that detect carbon monoxide (see 3.3.20).
