This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1.Structure and Drafting Rules for Standardization Documents"

This document replaces GB 14922.1-2001 "Parasitology Grades and Monitoring of Laboratory Animals" and GB 14922.2-2011 "Laboratory Animals
Microbiological Grades and Monitoring", compared with GB 14922.1-2001 and GB 14922.2-2011, except for structural adjustments and editorial changes
In addition, the main technical changes are as follows.
a) The concept of animals of each class has been changed (see Chapter 3, Chapter 3 of GB 14922.1-2001, Chapter 3 of GB 14922.2-2011

1 Scope
This document stipulates the grade classification of experimental animal microbiology and parasitology, monitoring indicators and items, rules, result judgment and reporting, etc.
Requirements describe the monitoring methods and procedures.
This document is applicable to the quality monitoring of experimental animals such as mice, rats, guinea pigs, hamsters, rabbits, dogs and monkeys.

3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
