Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part 1.Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents" Drafting. This document replaces GB 14371-2013 "Approval and sub-item test procedures and packing requirements for explosives for transport of dangerous goods" and Compared with GB 14371-2013, in addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical content changes are as follows. a) The explosives sub-item test procedure has been changed (see Figure 3, Figure 3 of the.2013 edition); b) The test procedure for Group 8 has been changed (see Figure 4, Figure 4 of the.2013 edition); c) The test procedures for the sub-items of 1.6 items have been changed (see Figure 5, Figure 5 of the.2013 edition); d) In the third group of test items, the 75℃ simulated stack spontaneous ignition temperature (SBAT) thermal stability test method is added (see Table 3); e) Susan impact test and brittleness test were added to the test items of group 7 (see Table 3); f) Added the minimum self-sustaining combustion pressure test to the 8th test group (see Table 3); g) Added approval and sub-test procedures for desensitized explosives, added a 9th group test item, burning rate test (see Chapter 8). 1 Scope

This document defines the hazard approval and sub-item testing procedures for explosives and desensitized explosives, and clarifies the definition of compatibility groups. This document applies to various substances with deflagration or explosion characteristics1) or their articles (explosives and desensitized explosives specified in GB 6944) This document is not applicable to the assessment of the following hazards. 1) The substances in this document include pure substances and their mixtures. a) The dangers of explosives during the production process; b) The hazards of unpackaged explosive substances in transport; c) Dangers caused by static electricity or electromagnetic fields; d) Hazards caused by improper operation or illegal operation; e) Other special hazards under abnormal transportation conditions; f) The dangers of missiles and nuclear weapons.
