This standard replaces GB 14035-1993 "Inland River life-saving floating cushion pillow cushion", compared with GB 14035-1993
The main technical changes are as follows.
--- Deleted the scope of the buoyancy material description to suit a variety of buoyancy material life-buoy test requirements (see.1993 edition
Chapter 1);
--- Added foam buoyancy materials, fabric edge, warp, weft yarn and other terms and definitions (see Chapter 3);
--- Modify the life-saving floating retroreflective belt with plans (see Figure 1 ~ Figure 5,.1993 version of Figure 1 ~ Figure 5);
--- Removed the lifesaving floating braid color requirements (see.1993 version 5.1);
--- Increasing the appearance of lifesaving buoy and marking requirements (see 6.1.2);
--- Increased with retroreflective tape requirements (see 6.1.3);
--- Modify the pillow and cushion type life buoy buoyancy requirements (see Table 4,.1993 edition of Table 2);
--- Removed buoyancy buoyancy buoyancy material foaming multiple requirements (see.1993 edition 5.3.2);

This standard specifies the classification and marking of lifesaving lifelines (sleeping mat, pillow type, cushion type) of inland water craft, dimensions, technical requirements, test
Test methods, inspection rules, and marking, packaging and storage requirements.
This standard applies to all types of ships in the river, river, lake and reservoir waters used lifesaver.
