This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part 1.Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents"

This document replaces GA/T 963-2011 "Specifications for the Installation of Traffic Safety Publicity and Education Facilities".
In addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
a) The scope has been changed (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the.2011 edition);
b) The classification of fixed publicity facilities and mobile publicity facilities has been deleted, and publicity material racks have been deleted (see 4.1, 3.1 of the.2011 edition);
c) Added the specification requirements for electronic display screens and multimedia equipment (see 4.2.3~4.2.4);
d) Added the specifications for traffic safety experience equipment and prompts (slogans) (see 4.2.6~4.2.7);

1 Scope
This document specifies the classification, specifications, installation requirements, content, updating, and maintenance requirements of road traffic safety publicity and education facilities.
This document is applicable to vehicle and driver management services, traffic accident handling, traffic violation handling, violation point full score education and review and education
On-site education, traffic police enforcement stations, traffic management service stations (rural traffic safety persuasion stations), traffic safety publicity and education bases, and road
Traffic safety publicity and education facilities shall be set up along the road. The traffic safety publicity and education facilities in other places shall be set up for reference.

4.1 Classification
Road traffic safety publicity and education facilities (hereinafter referred to as "publicity and education facilities") mainly include. slogan boards, banners, propaganda columns (wall
newspapers), publicity boards, electronic display screens, multimedia equipment, audio playback equipment, traffic safety experience equipment, accident wreckage car booths, traffic safety
Promotional vehicles, etc.
Note. slogan boards include slogans on roadside walls and mountains.
4.2 Specifications
4.2.1 Bulletin Board (Wall Poster)
Fixed on the ground or wall, it consists of a brow and a main body. The brow should be more than 0.25m high, and the main body should be 2.5m long and 1.25m high.
