1 Scope
This standard specifies the preparation for acceptance of road vehicle intelligent monitoring and recording system, acceptance items and methods, and evaluation of acceptance results.
This standard applies to the inspection and acceptance of the functions, software and hardware, and engineering quality of the intelligent monitoring and recording system for newly built and rebuilt road vehicles.

3 Terms and definitions

After the installation, commissioning, and trial operation of the road vehicle intelligent monitoring and recording system is completed, in accordance with the requirements of the technical standards, refer to the tenders, contracts, etc.
Should be documented, the conformity assessment given for system function performance, software and hardware, engineering quality, etc.
4 Preparation for acceptance
4.1 Acceptance conditions
Before the acceptance of the road vehicle intelligent monitoring and recording system, the following work should be carried out.
a) The construction unit or its designated unit conducts a preliminary inspection of the system hardware and project quality in accordance with the contract, and completes the preliminary inspection evaluation report.
See Table A.1 in Appendix A;
b) The construction unit or its designated unit completes the conformity inspection of supporting facilities such as markings and markings;
c) The contractor organizes the trial operation of the road vehicle intelligent monitoring and recording system for no less than 1 month, and completes the trial operation report

4.2 Acceptance documents
