1 Scope
This standard stipulates the national online competition norms in the “National Economic Crime Case Information Management System”.
This standard applies to the construction and application of information management systems for economic crime cases.

3 Platform construction
"Online Counseling Case Information Exchange Platform" is uniformly constructed by the Economic Crime Investigation Bureau of the Ministry of Public Security for public security machines at all levels above the city level.
The investigation department directly accesses the application.
4 Access rights and related information
The access authority is given to the case sponsor, co-organized by the investigation detachment, sponsored, co-organized by the investigation corps and the relevant personnel of the Economic Crime Investigation Bureau of the Ministry of Public Security.
