This Part replaces GA 214.4-2004 "resident population management information - Part 4. identity card acceptance number", and GA 214.4-
The main technical changes compared to 2004 are as follows.
--- Change the standard name and standard number;
--- Added servicemen and People's Armed Police identity cards admissibility of encoding rules (see Chapter 3);
--- Modify the identity cards accepted No. 1-9 encoded meaning (see Chapter 3, Section 3 of the 2004 edition).
