This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.
This standard replaces GA 214.15-2005 "resident population management information - Part 15. resident population management information data exchange
Format ", compared with GA 214.15-2005 main technical changes are as follows.
--- Change the standard name and standard number;
--- Change the way data is loaded, it changed from a data file exchange interfaces for the record mode;
