Case name consists of three parts (a total of no more than 60 characters), specific combinations of sequence and structure shown in Figure 1.

a) Part 1, filing units represents the province (autonomous regions and municipalities), city (region, state, league), district (county, flag) administrative units, administrative divisions and levels
