Introduction
Building fire protection facilities set up in accordance with relevant national laws and regulations and national engineering construction fire protection technical standards are fire prevention and timely rescue

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions as defined in GB/T 14107 apply to this standard.
3.1
Inspection of the visual properties of building fire protection facilities.
3.2
Conduct technical testing of individual functions of various types of building fire protection facilities in accordance with relevant standards.
3.3
According to the relevant standards, the joint function test and comprehensive technical evaluation of all types of fire protection facilities in the whole building shall be carried out.
4 General
4.1 The management of building fire protection facilities should clarify the responsibilities of the competent departments and relevant personnel and establish a sound management system.
4.2 Building fire protection facilities inspection is divided into three methods. inspection, single inspection and linkage inspection.
4.3 The technical requirements and inspection methods for inspection, single inspection and linkage inspection of building fire protection facilities shall comply with the relevant provisions of GA 503.
4.4 Management requirements.
a) The inspection of building fire protection facilities can be carried out by the department that manages the fire protection facilities, or according to the actual situation of work, production and operation.
In this case, the duties of the inspection will be carried out to relevant jobs.
b) Technical personnel engaged in single inspection and linkage inspection of construction fire protection facilities shall pass the fire safety examination and be certified to work.
The unit has professional technicians and testing equipment for single inspection and linkage inspection of building fire protection facilities, which can be in accordance with this standard.
It may be implemented on its own, or it may entrust a unit with the qualification of fire detection agency service or have the qualification for installation of the corresponding fire protection facilities.
The unit is implemented in accordance with this standard.
c) The joint inspection record of the building fire protection facilities and the linkage inspection record of the building fire protection facilities shall be signed by the inspection personnel and the inspection unit.
