5.1 to 5.10 in Chapter 5 of this part are mandatory, and the rest are recommended.
GA 306-2007 "Flame-retardant and fire-resistant cable plastic insulation flame retardant and fire-resistant cable grading and requirements" is divided into two parts.
--- Part 1. Flame-retardant cable;
--- Part 2. Fire resistant cables.
This part is the first part of GA 306.
This part replaces GA 306.1-2001 "Flame-retardant and fire-resistant cable plastic insulation flame retardant and fire-resistant cable grading and requirements Part 1

Compared with GA 306.1-2001, this section mainly has the following changes.
--- Increased corrosion resistance items in the flame retardant grading requirements;
--- Technical requirements are specified for the mechanical properties of flame retardant polyolefins, low-smoke low-halogen flame-retardant polyvinyl chloride and other materials.
This part is proposed by the Fire Department of the Ministry of Public Security.
This part is under the jurisdiction of the 7th Technical Committee of the National Fire Protection Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC113/SC7).

1 Scope
This part of GA 306 specifies the definition, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, markings and packaging of plastic insulated flame retardant cables.
This part is applicable to plastic insulated flame-retardant power cables with rated voltage of 35kV and below, and plastics with rated voltage of 450/750V and below.
Flame-retardant control cable and plastic insulated flame retardant cable with rated voltage of 450/750V and below.
