Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces FZ/T 81010-2009 "Windcoat", compared with FZ/T 81010-2009, except for editorial changes, the main technical changes
The following is as follows.
--- Revised the scope of the standard (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the.2009 edition);
--- Modifications supplement the contents of the normative references (see Chapter 2, Chapter 2 of the.2009 edition);
--- Revised the provisions of the instructions for use (see 3.1, 3.1 of the.2009 edition);
--- Revised the provisions of excipients (see 3.3.3, 3.3.3 of the.2009 edition);
---Modified the warp and weft yarns (see 3.4, 3.4 of the.2009 edition);
--- Revised the rules for the pair (see 3.5, 3.5 of the.2009 edition);
--- Removed the splicing rules (see 3.6 of the.2009 edition);
--- Revised the rules of appearance defects (see 3.7, 3.8 of the.2009 edition);
--- Revised the sewing regulations (see 3.8,.2009 edition 3.9);
--- Revised the specification size tolerance (see 3.9, 3.10 of the.2009 edition);
--- Increased the safety performance of children wearing clothes from 3 years old to 14 years old should also meet the requirements of GB 31701 (see 3.11);
---Modified water washing dimensional change rate, dry cleaning dimensional change rate, light fastness, seam splitting degree, peeling and peeling strength, tearing

1 Scope
This standard specifies the requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, as well as marking, packaging, transportation and storage of windbreakers.
This standard applies to windbreakers produced from textile woven fabrics.
This standard does not apply to infant clothing that is 36 months old or younger.
