This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces FZ/T 60014-1993 "Determination of durable washing performance of metalized textiles and flakes".
Compared with FZ/T 60014-1993, the main changes are as follows.
--- The standard name was changed to "Test method for washing performance of flakes";
--- Modify the scope of application to "all types of flakes that need to be washed";
--- The principle of the experiment was changed from "Performance evaluation of long-term cleaning performance of floc according to the number of washings" to "Evaluation according to changes in the sample after washing";
--- Modify the material requirements for making sample bags;

3 Principle
The sample is covered with a sample bag, and after washing and drying under specified conditions, the sample is characterized by appearance change, dimensional change rate, and the like.

4 Equipment and reagents
4.1 Automatic washing machine
Meet GB/T 8629-2017 type A washing machine requirements.
4.2 Oven
The oven temperature should meet the temperature control requirement of 60°C±5°C. The oven drying space should be enough to accommodate 300mm×300mm specimens
Place it flat and keep it at a distance of 5cm or more from the oven wall.
4.3 Reagents
It conforms to the standard detergent used in Type A washing machine in GB/T 8629-2017.
4.4 sample bag
Two pieces of fabric with a size slightly larger than the sample are used for sewing. The specifications are T65/C35, the density direction is (420±42) roots/10cm, and the weft direction is
(195±20) roots/10 cm, linear density 10 tex~13 tex.
Note. Sample bags may also be sewn using other materials specified by the customer and noted in the test report.
