This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces FZ/T 43018-2007 "Silk Velvet Blanket", and the main technical changes compared with FZ/T 43018-2007 are as follows.
--- Increased the assessment of the dry-to-size change rate (see Table 1);
--- Removed the breaking strength assessment project (Table 1 of the.2007 edition);
--- Modify the test method for the amount of depilation, and add a test method for depilation in Appendix B (see Appendix B).
This standard is proposed by the China Textile Industry Federation.
This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Silk Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC401).

1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging and storage of silk velvet carpets.
This standard applies to woven velvet carpets with veil (or pile yarn) of pure silk or whose silk content is 50% or more, but not velvet.
