1 Scope
This standard specifies the test method for determining the adhesion fastness of nonwovens.
This standard applies to non-woven fabrics with no coating or composite layer on the surface.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Bonding strength bondingstrength
Reflects the degree of bonding between the fibers of the nonwoven fabric, which is characterized by the fiber separation state of the nonwoven fabric under certain conditions.
4 Principle
Put a layer of tape on each side of the non-woven fabric, and use a constant-speed tensile tester to divide the non-woven fabric from the tape under the specified conditions
Check the fiber separation state on the upper edge of the nonwoven fabric and the adhesion of the fiber on the tape to evaluate the adhesion fastness level.
5 Instruments and materials
5.1 Tape
The peel strength range is 6.0N/cm ~ 7.5N/cm (according to the requirements of GB/T 2792, the 90 ° peel strength of the tape and stainless steel is measured
