3 Principle
The adipic acid dihydrazide in the textile product is extracted by ultrasonication, and the extract is filtered through a filter membrane and determined by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry.
The external standard method is quantitative.
4 reagents and materials
4.1 Water. The pre-treatment water is the third-grade water in accordance with GB/T 6682, and the analytical instrument water is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 6682.

4.3 Formic acid. chromatographically pure.
4.4 Adipic acid dihydrazide standard. purity ≥ 96.0% (CAS number. 1071-93-8).
4.5 Filter. The aqueous phase has a pore size of 0.22 μm.
5 Instruments and equipment
5.1 Liquid Chromatography-Series Mass Spectrometer (LC-MS/MS). equipped with an electrospray ion source.
