Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces DZ/T 0223-2007 "Code for the preparation of mine environmental protection and comprehensive treatment plan".
The main changes in this standard compared with DZ/T 0223-2007 are as follows.
--- Modified the name of the standard. The standard name was changed to "Code for the preparation of mine geological environment protection and restoration management plan";
--- Adjusted the scope of application of the specification (see Chapter 1);
--- Removed references that were unrelated to the revised specification and reordered them (see Chapter 2);
--- Revised some terms and definitions and made corresponding changes to the relevant wording (see Chapter 3);
--- Removed some of the general provisions, and added some new content (2007 version 4.4, 4.5, 4.6; this standard 4.1, 4.5, 4.6);
--- Added "assessment scope", merged "assessment task" and "assessment content", deleted "assessment technical requirements" and comprehensive evaluation
Relevant content (2007 version 7.1, 7.2, 7.6; this standard 7.1, 7.2);
--- Added Chapter 8 "Mineral Environmental Protection and Restoration and Management Division" and Chapter 9 "Geological Environmental Protection and Restoration of Mines"
Measure";
--- Modified Appendix B, Appendix E, Appendix F;
--- Added Appendix I "Report Form for Mine Geological Environmental Protection and Restoration Treatment Program" (see Appendix I);
--- Revised the "Investigation Table on the Status of Mine Geological Environment" (Appendix I of.2007; Appendix J of this standard);
--- Revised the "Common Legends for Mine Geology Environmental Protection and Restoration Governance Program Mapping" (Appendix J of.2007; Appendix K of this standard).
Appendix A to Appendix I of this standard are normative appendices, and Appendix J~Appendix K are informative appendices.
This standard is proposed by the Department of Geology and Environment of the Ministry of Land and Resources, and the Technical Committee for Hydrogeological Engineering Geology and Environmental Geology is under the jurisdiction.

Introduction
The main basis for the preparation of this standard is the Law of the People's Republic of China on Mineral Resources, the Land Administration Law of the People's Republic of China and the Geological Disaster.
Harm Prevention and Control Ordinance.
According to the Regulations of the Ministry of Land and Resources of the People's Republic of China No. 44 on Mine Geology Environmental Protection Regulations (released in March.2009)
The requirements for mine geological environment protection and restoration and treatment programs are revised, and the original standards are abolished at the same time.
