Summary
This standard specifies the terms and definitions of the voltage reactive power control system, product classification, use conditions, functional requirements, structural and performance requirements of the device, test classification, testing, marking, packaging, transportation and storage. This standard is applicable to power system AC 50Hz, nominal voltage 35kV and above substation and 66kV and below distribution lines for parallel capacitor bank, shunt reactor, transformer on-load tap-changer or line regulator position An automatic voltage reactive power control system or device that performs separate control or integrated control to meet the supply and demand balance of power grid reactive power, improve power supply voltage quality, and reduce power loss.
