1 Scope

3 Terms and definitions

5 Technical requirements

5.1 General requirements 5.1.1 The design and overall assembly of the insulation platform should meet the requirements of GB/T 18037. 5.1.2 The raw materials of the insulation platform shall pass the type test. 5.1.3 When the hard insulating parts of the insulating platform are made of insulating plates, pipes, profiles, or foam-filled pipes, they shall comply with the regulations of GB 13398. set. 5.1.4 When the soft insulating parts of the insulating platform adopt load-bearing insulating ropes and wind-proof insulating ropes, they shall comply with the regulations of GB/T 13035 and DL 779. set. 5.1.5 The metal parts in the insulating platform should be made of high-strength, light-weight metal materials, generally high-strength aluminum alloy materials. 5.1.6 The surface of the aluminum alloy material parts in the insulation platform shall be anodized, and the surface of the shaft steel parts shall have a protective coating and insulation layer. The surface of pressure material parts should be treated with insulating paint. 5.1.7 The shape of each part of the insulation platform shall not have sharp edges and corners. 5.2 Structure height and main insulation length 5.2.1 The structural height of the insulation platform and the length of the main insulation shall meet the requirements of Table 1. 5.2.2 The length of the main insulation should be removed from the length of the intermediate connecting devices such as metal joints and the length of short-circuiting during climbing or operation by operators. 6 Test method

6.1 Visual inspection 6.1.1 Check the structural height and main insulation length of the insulation platform in accordance with 5.2. 6.1.2 The surface of each part of the insulating platform should be smooth, and the insulating parts should be free of bubbles, wrinkles, or cracks, and should comply with 5.1.3 and 5.1.4 Requirements. The metal parts should be free of deformation or damage, and should meet the requirements of 5.1.5 and 5.1.6. 6.2 Insulation material test 6.2.1 The electrical and mechanical test methods of insulating plates shall be carried out in accordance with the regulations in GB/T 5130. 6.2.2 The electrical and mechanical test methods for insulating pipes shall be carried out in accordance with the regulations in GB 13398. 6.2.3 The electrical and mechanical test methods of insulated ropes shall be carried out in accordance with the regulations in GB/T 13035. 6.3 Overall electrical test 6.3.1 The high voltage test method shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 16927.1. 6.3.2 The electrical test wiring is shown in Figure 1.Assemble the insulation platform to the working state, and select the length L of the main insulation component as the test section. Test electrodes are set at the upper and lower ends of the test section. The upper part is the high-voltage electrode, and the lower part is the ground electrode. Apply the weight corresponding to the load in Table 4 on the top surface of the platform and let it stand for 5 minutes. 6.4.1.2 The applied load should be stable and no impact force should appear. 6.4.2 Dynamic load test 6.4.2.1 The lifting platform fixes the base, the platform is lowered to the lowest position, and the corresponding load in Table 4 is applied to the top surface of the platform. Raise the platform to the highest position, then lower it to the lowest position, and repeat the lifting 3 times. 6.4.2.2 The lifting process should be stable and the speed should not exceed 0.5m/s. 6.4.2.3 During the test, there should be no component damage or jamming. 6.4.3 Destructive load test 6.4.3.1 Assemble the insulating platform to the working condition, apply the weight corresponding to the load in Table 4 on the top surface of the platform, and let it stand for 5 minutes. 6.4.3.2 The applied load should be stable and no impact force should appear. 6.4.4 Impact load test of seat belt suspension point 6.4.4.1 A rope that can withstand the impact load is fastened at the position of the safety belt hanging point of the insulated platform, according to the rated load in Table 4 or customized working load Worth hanging heavy objects of the same weight. 6.4.4.2 Drop the test weight freely from the hanging point of the safety belt of the platform, with a stroke height of 1m, and impact 3 times with an interval of 3 minutes each time.

7 Inspection rules

7.1 Type test 7.1.1 Type test should be carried out in one of the following cases, and the sample used for type test should be randomly selected from a batch of products in the production line Samples, but not less than 3 pieces. If the same batch of products is less than 3 pieces, all samples will be taken. a) Trial formulation of new products into production or old products transfer to factory production; b) After formal production, when the product structure or material composition is changed; c) When the product is stopped for more than one year and resumes production; d) When the national quality supervision and inspection agency issues type test requirements. 7.1.2 The type test items are shown in Table 5.If any one of the test items in Table 5 is not met, the inspection is considered unqualified. 7.2 Factory test 7.2.1 The product shall be checked and accepted by batch. A batch of products with the same brand of raw materials, the same specification and continuous production; 7.2.2 The products should be inspected one by one after leaving the factory, and the factory tests listed in Table 4 should be carried out. 7.2.3 User acceptance can be carried out according to the factory test items, or the acceptance test items can be determined through consultation with the manufacturer. 7.3 Preventive test 7.3.1 Preventive tests can be carried out with reference to DL/T 976, and the test items meet the requirements of Table 5. 7.3.2 The preventive test cycle is 12 months. 8 Identification, packaging, transportation and storage 8.1 Identification 8.1.1 The nameplate of the insulation platform should include. tool name, voltage level, manufacturing unit, and manufacturing date. 8.1.2 The effective insulation interval shall be marked on the insulating parts of the platform. 8.2 Packaging 8.2.1 The packaging of the insulated platform should be packaged in segments such as canvas sleeves, plastic sleeves or wooden boxes. The integrated platform can be packaged as a whole. 8.2.2 The inspection certificate and installation instructions should be enclosed in the packing box. 8.2.3 The packaging box should be marked with the name of the manufacturer, the name of the product, the gross weight, the net weight and the date of manufacture. In addition, it should be marked as "moisture proof" "Handle with care", "Do not press", "Do not touch", etc. 8.3 Transportation 8.3.1 During the transportation of the insulating platform, measures should be taken to prevent the insulating material from getting wet. 8.3.2 During transportation, the insulating platform shall be properly fixed, with measures to prevent bumps and scratches. 8.4 Storage 8.4.1 The insulating platform should be stored in a well-ventilated, clean and dry room. The insulating parts should not directly touch the ground during storage, and should be away from the ground.
