Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard is a revision of CJ/T 179-2003 "Self-operated flow control valve", compared with CJ/T 179-2003, the main technical content
The changes are as follows.
--- Increased the scale indication display requirements of the control valve;
--- Increase the upper limit of the adaptation range of the working pressure difference of the self-operated flow control valve;
---Modified the working pressure of the control valve;
--- Modified the material category used by the spring.
This standard was proposed by the Institute of Standardization of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development.
This standard is under the jurisdiction of the Heating Standardization Technical Committee of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
When working, it does not rely on external power, and maintains a valve with a constant flow rate within a certain working pressure range.
3.2
Set the flow definiteflow
Adjust the opening of the control valve and control the flow as determined by the requirements.
3.3
Pressure sensitive component componentofpressureperception
A component that senses changes in media pressure and drives the valve flap to automatically perform control functions.
3.4
Working pressure difference workingpressuredifference
Acting on both ends of the control valve allows the control valve to properly achieve the differential pressure of the flow control function.
