Test the heat resistance of the vertical packaging samples. After the samples are processed, visually check whether the packaging has obvious deformation, peeling between layers, peeling of heat-sealed parts, etc.
Abnormal phenomenon, 10 samples should pass the heat resistance test.
6 Inspection Rules
6.1 Batch
The same variety, the same specification, and the continuous production of no more than 8,000,000 packages of products is a batch.
6.2 Inspection classification
6.2.1 Factory inspection
The factory inspection items are appearance quality (4.2) and dimensional deviation (4.3).
6.2.2 Type inspection
Type inspection items are all items in Chapter 4.Type inspection shall be carried out in one of the following situations.
a) When the variety of raw materials, product structure of packaging materials, and production processes are changed;
b) When the production is stopped for more than 6 months, when the production is resumed;
