1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, specifications, materials, requirements, test methods, inspection rules for a one-piece aluminum bottle (hereinafter referred to as aluminum bottle).

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
One-piece aluminum bottle aluminummonoblocbottle
Stretched from a single piece of aluminum for use in non-refillable and sealed packaging containers for beer or beverages.

Aluminum bottles are divided into φ35mm, φ53mm, φ59mm, φ66mm and other specifications according to the diameter of the bottle. Other specifications can be agreed upon by the supplier and the buyer.

The material of the aluminum bottle should meet the requirements of BB/T 0009.
6 requirements
6.1 Appearance quality
6.1.1 The printed graphic is clear and complete, consistent with the sample color. The graphic and printing are accurate, the main parts of the printing are not obviously scratched, and the secondary parts are light.
The micro-scratch does not exceed 3 places, and the area is not more than 0.3 mm × 20 mm.
6.1.2 There shall be no cracks and obvious wrinkles, dents and mechanical damage in the neck of the bottle, and the bottle body shall be flat.
