Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces BB/T 0024-2004 "stretch-wrap film for transport packaging".
Compared with BB/T 0024-2004, the main technical contents of this standard are changed as follows.
---Adding machine wrapping film is divided into pre-stretching machine wrapping film and stretch film stretching film, hand wrapping film is divided into front pre-stretching hand
Product classification of stretch film and common hand wound film (see Chapter 4);
--- Removed the three types of products such as "tackifying, layer, color" (see Chapter 4, Chapter 4 of the.2004 edition);
--- Increased the technical requirements for the tensile force, elongation at break and puncture resistance of the stretch film for pre-stretching machines (see Table 3 in Chapter 5);
--- Revised the technical requirements for permanent deformation and elastic recovery of ordinary hand-wrapped film (see Table 3 in Chapter 5, Table 5 in Chapter 5 of the.2004 edition);

1 Scope
This standard specifies the product classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and the tensile stretch film for transport packaging (hereinafter referred to as the stretch film).
Marking, packaging, transportation and storage.
This standard is applicable to stretch-wound film which is produced by using polyolefin plastic as main raw material and is used for non-direct contact with food and transportation packaging.
