Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces BB/T 0016-2006 "Packaging material honeycomb paperboard".
Compared with BB/T 0016-2006, the main technical contents of this standard are changed as follows.
--- Removed the normative reference file GB/T 6547, and modified ISO 5628 to GB/T 17657-2013; (see Chapter 2,
Chapter 2 of the.2006 edition);
--- Added schematic diagram of honeycomb paperboard structure (see Figure 1, Figure 1);
--- Increased terminology for warpage (see Chapter 3);
--- The material is listed separately as Chapter 4, and the requirements are listed as Chapter 5 (see Chapter 4, Version 4.1 of.2006);
--- Removed the material from the use of recycled kraft paper, tea board paper and the main technical indicators of Table 1 (see 4.1,.2006 version 4.1.1);
--- Remove the specific requirements of the initial drying time and pH of the adhesive (see 4.2,.2006 version 4.1.2);
--- Removed the size and the requirements of the Table 2 honeycomb paperboard size series (2006 edition 4.2);

--- Increased test methods for maximum warpage, aperture ratio and degumming area (see 6.2.2, 6.4 and 6.5);
--- Revised the test method for moisture content (see 6.6.1, 5.3 of.2006 edition);
--- Removed the flat compression strength test speed (see 6.6.2,.2006 edition of 5.6);
--- Revised the requirements for static bending strength (see 5.5.3, Table 4, Table 4.5.3,.2006);
--- Modified the test method for static bending strength (see 6.6.3, 5.5 of.2006 edition);
--- Revised the "bottom height from the ground is not less than 150mm" in storage, modified to 100mm (see 8.4, 7.4 of.2006 edition).

1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, materials, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of honeycomb paperboard.
This standard applies to the production, use and inspection of honeycomb paperboard without special processing. Enhanced, moisture-proof, fire-proof, anti-static, etc.
The processed honeycomb paperboard can be referred to for execution.
