Foreword
This standard is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces YS/T 70-2005 "coarse copper", compared with YS/T 70-2005, the main changes are as follows.
The contents of As, Pb, Ni and Zn in the three grades Cu99.40, Cu99.00 and Cu98.50 were relaxed.
--- the original standard "each piece of coarse copper weight.200kg ~ 1200kg" to "400kg, 600kg, 800kg, 1000kg, 1200kg

1 Scope
This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, shipping, storage and quality forecasts and orders for blister copper
(Or contract) content.
This standard applies to the converter or other methods produced by the coarse copper, for the copper fire refining.

3.1 Product Classification
The crude copper is divided into four grades Cu99.40, Cu99.00, Cu98.50, Cu97.50 according to the chemical composition.
3.2 Chemical composition
3.2.1 The chemical composition of crude copper shall comply with the provisions of Table 1.
