YS/T 517 sodium fluoride
3 instruments and equipment
3.1 Test sieve. its sieve size of 0.125mm. Select the test sieve according to the nature and sodium fluoride measured impurity elements.
3.2 mortar. steel made of jade or agate.
3.3 Electric oven. Natural convection ventilation, to control the temperature of 110 ℃ ± 5 ℃.
Preparation and storage of the sample 4
4.1 original sample
Using YS/T 517 as specified in the method of preparing and storing samples of about 300g. Container volume slightly larger than the volume of the sample is appropriate.
4.2 drying specimens
4.2.1 About 100g of the original sample (4.1) through the test sieve (3.1), the sieve residue particles in a mortar (3.2) in the grinding, and again
Sieved and sieved sample added to the front of the screen resulting in a sample carefully mixed. Repeated grinding, screening, mixing until all samples were all passed through the sieve
Child so far.
4.2.2 The sample (4.2.1) into a platinum dish, placed in an electric oven (3.3), the control temperature of 110 ℃ ± 5 ℃ drying 2h. Then from the power
Remove oven platinum dish, set the dryer to cool to room temperature.
4.2.3 The sample (4.2.2) stored in airtight containers, container volume with a test material slightly larger size is appropriate.
5 container tag
Container must be labeled, marked with the following.
a) Name of the sample;
b) the sample source;
c) the nature of the sample (raw or dried);
d) The model with a sieve;
e) the date of preparation.
