Determination of compressive properties of sintered metal porous materials
1 Scope
This standard specifies the determination of the compressive properties of sintered metal porous materials.
This standard applies to the powder metallurgy method of production of sintered metal porous materials, including sintered metal fiber porous materials, sintered metal powder
Porous materials and metal foam, not suitable for dense metal materials.

calibration
Evaluation of computer data acquisition system for GB/T 22066 static uniaxial testing machine
3 method summary
The specimen is subjected to an axially increasing one-way compressive force, and the force and deformation can be measured continuously or in limited increments,
Determine one or more compression mechanical properties.
4 sample
4.1 specimen shape and size
4.1.1 Square sample
Square sample shown in Figure 1. The width of the sample b should be greater than 10 times the average pore size, and not less than 10mm; height h = (1 ~ 2) b.
In general, for sintered metal powder and fiber porous material, square samples can be used 10mm × 10mm × 20mm.
Description.
b - the width of the specimen;
h - the height of the specimen.
