0-6 years old children's developmental behavior assessment scale
1 Scope
This standard specifies the evaluation content, test methods, and developmental quotient reference of the developmental behavior assessment scale for children from 0 to 6 years old (under 7 years old)
Range and use of scales.
This standard applies to the assessment of the developmental behavior level of children aged 0 to 6 years (under 7 years of age), and is a diagnostic quantity for evaluating the developmental behavior level of children
table.
2 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
2.1
Energy zone attribute
The scale is measured by the scale. The scale includes five energy areas. gross motor, fine motor, language, adaptability and social behavior. Which Universiade
Kinetic energy zone refers to body posture, head balance, and ability to sit, climb, stand, walk, run, and jump; fine motor energy zone refers to the ability to use fingers
Ability; language ability refers to the ability to understand language and language; adaptive ability refers to children’s reaction to their surrounding natural environment and social needs
The ability to respond and adapt; social behavior refers to the ability to communicate with people around and the ability to take care of themselves in life.
2.2
Mental age; MA
Zhiling
Mental age
An indicator reflecting the level of children's intelligence.
Note. In the compiled scale, the test items are grouped by age. If the subject passes the 3-year-old test item, it means that he uses the scale to test his intelligence
The age is 3 years old.
2.3
Development quotient; DQ
One of the core indicators used to measure the level of children’s mental development is in large movements, fine motor, cognitive, emotional and social development, etc.
To measure the development of children. See formula (1) for calculation.
3 Evaluation content
Development Quotient =
Zhiling
Actual age
Including 5 energy areas, such as big motor, fine motor, language, adaptability and social behavior, used to measure the developmental behavior of children and evaluate
Its degree of development. There are 8-10 test items for each month-age group, a total of 261 test items. See Appendix A.
4 Testing method
4.1 Testing tools
4.1.1 Evaluation scale
See Appendix A for the Developmental Behavior Assessment Scale for Children from 0 to 6 Years Old.
4.1.2 Auxiliary tools
The examiner uses the standardized test toolbox that matches the test scale, as well as the examination bed, fence bed, small table, small chair, staircase, etc.
tool.
4.2 Test procedure
4.2.1 Calculate actual moon age
4.2.1.1 First, calculate the age, month and day of the participant based on the test date and date of birth of the participant, and then convert the age and day to
Month, the unit is the age of the month, and the age of the month is to one decimal place.
4.2.1.2 Days are converted into months as 30 days = 1.0 months, and years are converted into months as 1 year = 12.0 months.
4.2.2 Mark the main measurement month age
The month age segment closest to the actual moon age is the main measurement month age, and is marked with △ before the main measurement month age. The main measurement month age is within the two-month age range of the scale.
From time to time, the smaller month age is the main measurement month. Premature babies are also marked according to their actual month age, and there is no need to correct the month age.
4.2.3 Test start and end
4.2.3.1 The main measurement month age is the starting month age. The project of the main measurement month age is tested first, regardless of whether the project of a certain energy zone of the main measurement month age passes or not.
The items that need to be measured forward and backward respectively for 2 months old, a total of 5 months old.
4.2.3.2 Forward testing of the energy zone’s continuous 2-month-old projects pass, the forward testing of the energy zone ends; if the energy zone is connected forward
If any item of the continuous 2 month-old project fails, it needs to continue to be tested until the previous 2 months of the energy zone pass the project
until.
4.2.3.3 Then from the main test month age to the back test for the continuous 2-month-old items, if the back-testing the energy zone’s continuous 2-month-old items are all
Failure to pass, the backward test of the energy zone ends; if any item of the energy zone backwards for 2 consecutive months has passed, it needs to continue.
Check until the two consecutive month-old items in the backward energy zone fail.
4.2.3.4 All energy zones shall be tested in accordance with the requirements of 4.2.3.1 ~ 4.2.3.3.
4.2.4 Recording method
The items that pass the test are indicated by ○; the items that fail are indicated by ×.
4.3 Operation method and test pass requirements
Please refer to Appendix B for the operation method of the scale and the requirements for passing the test.
4.4 Calculation of results
4.4.1 Scoring by energy zone
4.4.1.1 1 month to 12 months old
1.0 point for each energy zone, if there is only one test item, the test item is 1.0 point; if there are two test items, each is 0.5
Minute.
4.4.1.2 15 months old ~ 36 months old
3.0 points for each energy zone, if there is only one test item, the test item is 3.0 points; if there are two test items, each is 1.5
Minute.
4.4.1.3 42 months to 84 months old
6.0 points for each energy zone, if there is only one test item, the test item is 6.0 points; if there are two test items, each is 3.0
Minute.
4.4.2 Calculating wisdom age
4.4.2.1 Read the test items that have passed continuously to the highest score.
Passed), failed projects are not counted, and the scores of passed projects (including those that are passed by default) are added item by item, which is the intellectual age of the energy zone.
4.4.2.2 Add up the scores from the five energy zones and divide by 5 to get the total intellectual age, with one decimal place.
4.4.3 Computing Development Quotient
The calculation method of development quotient is shown in formula (1).
5 Reference range of development quotient
Reference range of development quotient. ﹥130 is excellent; 110~129 is good; 80~109 is medium; 70~79 is critically low; ﹤70 is wisdom
Developmental disorders of strength.
6 Use of scale
6.1 Test requirements
6.1.1 The test environment should be quiet and bright. Children under 4 years old are allowed to be accompanied by a parent. Children 4 years old and above should be accompanied by developmental failure.
Parents may be accompanied by parents in case of poor communication or uncooperative testing.
6.1.2 The examiner should strictly follow the operating methods and test pass requirements to avoid hints, enlightenments, and inducements from the parents of the children being tested.
6.1.3 The examiner should memorize the operation method and the requirements for passing the test
6.1.4 The position of the examiner should be correct, the tabletop should be tidy, and the utensils in the test toolbox should not be seen by the children.
Put it back after use.
6.1.5 The examiner should undergo professional training to obtain relevant qualifications before taking the test.
6.2 Interpretation of results
6.2.1 The subject who has received professional training should explain and judge the level of development and behavior of the child based on the comprehensive situation of the child.
6.2.2 The examiner should properly explain to the parents the level of children's developmental behavior, especially for children who are underdeveloped. A
