Foreword
In order to meet the requirements of international food trade and to protect public food safety, this standard has been formulated. This standard is in research and evaluation at home and abroad.
Based on the measurement method of 241Am in biological samples, refer to the "241Am Analysis Method" standard promulgated by the Japanese Science and Technology Agency to absorb domestic
241Am analysis methodological research results, compiled by program design, process experiment verification.
Appendix A and Appendix B of this standard are informative annexes.
This standard was proposed by the Department of Health Legal System and Supervision of the Ministry of Health of the People's Republic of China.
This standard was drafted. Institute of Radiation Medicine, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, China Institute of Atomic Energy.

This standard is interpreted by the Ministry of Health of the People's Republic of China.
Inspection of radioactive materials in food
Determination of 镅-241
1 Scope
This standard specifies the determination method of 镅-241 (241Am) in various foods.
This standard applies to the determination of 镅-241 in various foods. The lower limit of detection of the method is 3×10-5Bq per gram of sample ash.

GB 14883.1 General rules for the inspection of radioactive materials in food
3 Principle
After the food sample is carbonized at 450 ° C in a carbonized, high-temperature furnace, the organic matter is destroyed by nitric acid and perchloric acid, and the hydrofluoric acid is desiliconized and treated by the total dissolution method.
A sample solution of 6 mol/L nitric acid. Separation of Fe3+ by 1-phenyl-3-methyl-4-benzoylpyrazolone-5 (PMBP)-benzene extraction
Other trivalent impurities, extracted with di(2-ethylhexyl)phosphate (HDEHP)-phosphorus pentoxide (P2O5)-benzene (C6H12) and retained in the aqueous phase
After the organic phase is diluted twice with benzene, the hydrazine is back extracted with an ammonium carbonate solution to further separate from the impurities. After the stripping solution is evaporated to dryness,
1mol/L HNO3-93%CH3OH system was dissolved, adsorbed with anion exchange column, purified by fractional elution, 1.5mol/L
HCl-86% CH3OH desorbed hydrazine. Quantitative electrodeposition source in (NH4)2C2O4-H2SO4-HC1 system, 241Am measured by α spectrometer
The alpha radioactivity of the site. Calculate the 241Am activity concentration value of the measured food.
