The Basic Child Health Data Set is now divided into the following sections.
--- Part 1. Birth medical certificate;
--- Part 2. child health examination;
--- Part 3. Neonatal disease screening;
--- Part 4. Children with nutritional diseases management;
--- Part 5. Children under 5 years of age report of death;
This part is the first part of WS 376.
