3.1 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions defined in GB/T 18354 apply to this document.
3.1.1
Emergency logistics
Logistics activities that have prepared plans for possible emergencies and can be quickly put into practice when the incident occurs.
Note. Emergencies are natural disasters, accident disasters, public health incidents, social security incidents, etc., as referred to in the National Emergency Plan for Public Emergencies
