1 Scope
This standard specifies metronidazole and dimetridazole in import and export feed, metronidazole and its metabolite hydroxy metronidazole in food animals.
Liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry for the determination of nitroimidazole and its metabolite hydroxydimetridazole residue.
This standard applies to metronidazole and dimetridazole in imported and exported feed, metronidazole in livestock and poultry serum and urine, and its metabolite hydroxymethylnitrite.
Determination of azole, dimetridazole and its metabolite hydroxy dimetridazole residue.

3 Principle of the method
The sample was extracted with ethyl acetate, dried under nitrogen, dissolved in a hydrochloric acid solution, and purified by a mixed cation exchange column.
Spectrometry/mass spectrometry, internal standard method for quantification.
4 reagents and materials
All reagents were of analytical grade unless otherwise specified; water is primary water in accordance with GB/T 6682.
4.1 Ethyl ester ethyl ester. chromatographically pure.
4.2 Acetonitrile. Chromatographically pure.
4.3 Anhydrous magnesium sulfate.
4.4 Hydrochloric acid. 36%~38%.
4.5 Methanol. Chromatographically pure.
4.6 Ammonia. 25%~28%.
4.7 Formic acid. chromatographically pure.
4.8 Mixed cation exchange column. 60mg/3mL.
4.9 0.1 mol/L hydrochloric acid. Pipette 5 mL of hydrochloric acid (4.4) and mix with 595 mL of water.
4.10 Elution solution. 5 mL of ammonia (4.6) and 95 mL of methanol (4.5) were mixed.
4.11 0.1% formic acid water. 1 mL formic acid (4.7) and 999 mL of water were mixed.
4.12 Constant volume solution. Take 80 mL of 0.1% formic acid water (4.11) and mix with 20 mL of acetonitrile.
4.13 Standard. Metronidazole (C6H9N3O3, CAS. 443-48-1), purity ≥99.0%; Hydroxy metronidazole
(HydroxyMetronidazole, C6H9N3O4, CAS. 4812-40-2), purity ≥ 99.0%. Dimetridazole (Dimetridazole,
C5H7N3O2, CAS No. 551-92-8), purity ≥99.0%; Hydroxydimetridazole (C5H7N3O3,
