1 Scope
This standard specifies the gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method for the determination of musk scent, musk scent, and musk content in Tibet.
This standard is applicable to the determination of musks, musk deer, and musk musk in detergents.

Basic method of renaturation and reproducibility
3 method summary
The sample was dissolved in ethyl acetate and then made up to volume. After ultrasonic extraction, it was filtered, and determined by gas chromatography mass spectrometry. The external standard method was used for quantification.
4 reagents and materials
The reagents used were of analytical grade unless otherwise stated.
4.1 Ethyl acetate.
4.2 Methanol.
4.3 Umbellifera (1,1,3,3,5-pentamethyl-4,6-dinitroindane). CAS No.. 112-34-5, purity ≥99.0%.
4.4 Musk deer (4-tert-butyl-3-methoxy-2,6-dinitrotoluene). CAS number. 112-34-5, purity ≥ 99.0%.
4.5 Tibet Musk (5-tert-butyl-1,2,3-trimethyl-4,6-dinitrobenzene). CAS No.. 112-34-5, purity ≥99.0%.
4.6 Standard stock solution (1000μg/mL). Weigh 0.1g of nitro-musk compound (4.3, 4.4, 4.5) (accurate to 0.1mg), use B
The acid ethyl ester was made up to 100 mL, and a standard stock solution was obtained, which was stored at 4 °C.
4.7 Standard working solution. Take 0.1mL, 0.2mL, 0.5mL and 1.0mL standard stock solution (4.6), respectively, and dilute with ethyl acetate to
